Opportunity for members of the public to address the Board. Note: 1) Individual speakers will be allowed three (3) minutes to address the Board. The maximum time allowed for each agenda item shall be 20 minutes. 2) Complaints presented to the Board must not involve specific reference to employees. Citizens should contact the Superintendent for complaint procedures regarding employees. 3) A school district cannot take action on a matter that has not been placed on the official agenda. 5.1      Consider request by Ken Wike, Director of Technology, to authorize the purchase of RUS technology equipment through a public corporation or agency ("piggyback") without advertising for bids as per Board Regulation 3311 and Public Contract Code 20118.2
