Citizens should contact the Superintendent for complaint procedures regarding employees. 3) A school district cannot take action on a matter that has not been placed on the official agenda. 5.6 Appoint representative to the Shasta-Trinity Regional Occupation Program Governing Board

 

5.7   Appoint Board Members to Negotiation Teams

 

6.      CONSENT AGENDA

The consent agenda, if approved, will be recorded in the minutes, as if each item had been acted upon individually. Requests by members of the Board to have any item taken off the consent agenda for discussion will be honored without debate. 6.5    Approval of Rental Agreement with the Shasta County Intermountain Fair for the Modular School Building for the purpose of Continuation and Expulsion School for the period of September 1, 2012 through August 31, 2013 in the amount of $10,000.

 

6.6    Approval of Agreement for Special Services

  •  Agreement between the FRJUSD and School Services of California for Fiscal Budget Services

 

6.7    Accept the donation of equipment on behalf of Burney Jr. Sr. High from the Yearbook student organization as follows:

  • Equipment listing: $8,500 towards purchase of new computers for Room 2, equipped with Adobe Create Suite 6 and Microsoft Office 2010 software

 

6.8    Accept the School Meal Improvement Grant in an amount not to exceed $22,340 on behalf of Burney Elementary

 

6.9    Accept the following donations:

  •  $192.50 from Wells Fargo Educational Matching Gift Program from Christine Keiser on behalf of Fall River Elementary
  •  $70.00 from the Wells Fargo Community Support Campaign from Lisa Giachetti on behalf of Burney Jr. Sr. High
  • $54.10 from Ray’s Market for the “My Town Originals” on behalf of Fall River Jr. Sr. High
  • Kent’s Meats and Groceries donated the processing of a hog donated for the Block F Meat Drawing on behalf of Fall River Jr. Sr. High
